Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of surface water maintenance/operations experience.
• Valid Driver's License with CDL endorsements.
• Flagging Card; First Aid and CPR certification.
• Waste Water Certificate II or equivalent licensing within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, safety inspections, and testing of facilities, equipment, and systems requiring specialized knowledge.
• Follows troubleshooting procedures to determine malfunction cause and repair needs.
• Maintains records, reports, and notes, and assist with project reviews.
• Operates, maintains, and repairs specialized equipment and instruments.
• Directs traffic, coordinates materials, and ensures safety during maintenance tasks.
• Lead worker on projects, including planning, scheduling, and assigning work.
