Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Surface Warfare.
Knowledge of Surface Navy readiness policies and systems.
Ability to develop, produce, and present briefings, and issue papers, presentations, and documents at the tactical through strategic levels at the General Officer and Flag Officer level.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Bachelor's degree.
Secret clearance required.
