Qualifications

• 8+ years of Surface Warfare experience, including Department Head afloat or ashore.
• Knowledge of Surface Navy readiness policies and systems.
• Ability to develop, produce, and present briefings at tactical through strategic levels.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
