Prevailance, Inc. seeks a Deck Operations and Systems SME to support CNSP's Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT). The role delivers expert guidance and hands-on support for shipboard deck operations and related systems to improve crew proficiency and ship readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience with shipboard deck operations and systems aboard warships or military auxiliaries.
• Direct operational and maintenance experience with these systems as used by the U.S. Navy.
• Ability and willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS for shipboard RATT visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical guidance across shipboard deck operations and associated systems.
• Work hands-on with shipboard personnel to operate and maintain deck systems.
• Support readiness training and shipboard RATT visits through extensive travel.
