You'll help with day-to-day management, oversee shifts and training, and ensure high standards of care while maintaining compassion and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at Senior Support Worker level
• Demonstrated commitment to enhancing quality of life for those supported
• Ability to support with supervision and management tasks

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the residential service and supervise daily operations
• Allocate shifts, support training and onboarding of new colleagues
• Assist with medication ordering and financial management for those supported
