At Wellington Support, we work closely with local authorities. We are thrilled to introduce our BRAND-NEW, purpose-built, bespoke Supported Living Service. It offers support across 15 one-bedroom apartments, providing 24-hour care for individuals with a wide range of complex needs. These apartments are carefully designed to meet diverse needs, supporting individuals now and in the future. Our supported living service offers a safe, secure, and vibrant community for people with complex needs who wish to live independently with personalized care tailored to their needs.

The Senior Support Worker role is exciting and varied, including:

• Providing quality support by listening, discussing, and planning individuals' goals and ambitions.
• Delivering person-centred support.
• Assisting with personal care, including mealtimes and medication management.
• Encouraging and empowering individuals to be independent in their daily lives.
