Dr. Vince Peterson, a choral conductor and composer based in New York City, seeks a Personal Administrative Assistant to provide part-time support (approximately 40 hours monthly) across his multifaceted career as Founder/Artistic Director of Choral Chameleon, Artistic Director of Empire City Men's Chorus, Writer, Teacher, and Minister of Liturgical Music. This $1100/month remote position includes occasional in-person meetings in NYC and offers a unique opportunity to engage with the city's vibrant choral community.
The responsibilities include managing communications, formatting liturgical programs, coordinating copyright permissions, taking meeting minutes, and assisting with research projects. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational skills, proficiency with Google Workspace and ToDoist, strong document layout abilities, and a passion for the performing arts.
