Qualifications

• 5 years of cross-platform support experience, with 3 years in a Cloud Provider or MSP environment.
• Strong experience with Cisco devices and managing Private Cloud virtualization environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations support and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineers for troubleshooting and improvements.
• Provide after-hours support as part of the on-call rotation.
