We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune, deploying and supporting Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) clients, and ensuring compliance and security policies are enforced across all endpoints. This role requires a strong background in Microsoft 365 applications, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to support audits and compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Deploy and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) clients and configurations.
• Create and maintain OS deployment and application packaging strategies via Intune.
• Lead patch management processes across hybrid environments using Intune.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Perform laptop provisioning, imaging, and deployment for new hires and replacements.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and manage hardware lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance and security policies are enforced across endpoints.
• Provide advanced support for COTS and internally developed applications.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues and related client access problems.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and Risk teams to support audits and compliance reviews.
• Act as a subject matter expert for endpoint infrastructure and user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Senior Desktop Engineering or similar role.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with AVD client support and hybrid Azure AD environments.
• Experience deploying and maintaining Windows 11 in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with patch management strategies via Intune or third-party tools.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 suite – Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Skilled in troubleshooting COTS and custom enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, latency issues, etc.).
• Experience with asset management and endpoint inventory tools.
• Awareness of risk, compliance, and security best practices in a regulated industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a financial services firm, trading platform, or similar high-compliance environment.
• Familiarity with Conditional Access, BitLocker management, and endpoint hardening.
• Ability to support remote and on-premises clients over VPN using a variety of remote tools.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred) for automation and task efficiency.
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Defender, Tanium, or Qualys.

Annual Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
