Position: Senior Product Support Engineer

Location: 1 Freedom Valley Drive, Oaks, PA 19456

Job Duties:

The Senior Product Support Engineer relies on experience working with an application development organization and in quality assurance of financial software applications. Responsibilities include:

• Quality assurance and production support for enterprise content management, including testing and implementing solutions for financial document management systems and AFP/Xerox-based statement archival and retrieval.
• Developing detailed project documentation, plans, implementation, and test plans.
• Implementing procedures for ongoing operations and proactive maintenance of financial technology software.
• Managing enterprise content management using Rocket Software’s Mobius suite, including Mobius View (UI and API) and Mobius for Windows.
• Automating quality assurance plans using Test Complete, MS SQL, Java, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
• Analyzing, coordinating, and implementing automated QA test plans based on business requirements.
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with development and support teams.
• Documenting business requirements for new developments and working with development staff.
• Providing technical root cause analysis, resolution, and application support.
• Owning release, upgrade, and implementation projects.
• Participating in cross-functional teams to support evolving business strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Seven (7) years of experience in quality assurance of financial software applications.
• Five (5) years of experience with enterprise content management, testing, and implementing solutions for financial document management systems, using Rocket Software’s Mobius suite, Test Complete, MS SQL, Java, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
