Job summary

UPMC Carlisle is seeking a full-time Senior Supply Specialist to support Materials Management at the Carlisle location. The role focuses on placing accurate orders, stocking par locations, and coordinating with department heads, clinicians, and pharmacy staff to optimize supply strategy and ensure timely deliveries.

The position runs daylight, Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with responsibilities spanning receiving, inventory control, and collaboration across departments to maintain

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, compare packing slips and verify accuracy; record discrepancies.
• Unload equipment and inspect deliveries, stage for processing.
• Store and stack items in prescribed locations within Materials Management.
• Fill supply requests and deliver to requisitioning departments.
• Enter receipts into Peoplesoft when required.
• Coordinate shipments and prepare loading documents for transfers.
