Job summary

UNTWN Uniontown Hospital is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to ensure proper receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. The role requires maintaining inventory accuracy, PAR levels, and supporting the supply chain leadership with data and orders.

The position involves working with MMIS software, labeling supplies, and assisting in mailroom duties and courier runs as needed. Excellent customer service and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and PAR level recommendations with Buyers and Supply Chain leadership.
• Understand supply automation systems for restocking and PAR management.
• Operate MMIS software and related equipment for data entry and retrieval.
• Enter and deliver supply requisitions and patient charges if applicable.
• Deliver supplies hospital-wide in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in ordering supplies, including walk-up and emergency orders.
• Perform cycle counts and physical verifications to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keep storeroom, dock, and receiving areas clean and orderly.
