Job summary

MAHLE Aftermarket (US) OB in Olive Branch, MS seeks a Supply Planning Manager to lead BU3 North America planning. You will oversee a team of planners, manage ~$65M annual purchasing, and drive CSL, inventory health, and supply continuity across the network.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and utilize SAP MM/PP to ensure optimized supply planning and S&OP outcomes, contributing to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, materials planning, production planning, inventory management, or SC operations.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing planning teams, coaching and talent development.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or aftermarket preferred.
• Experience with high-SKU-count supply chains (+30K) preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, SAP MM/PP, and related planning modules.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and planning.
• Experience with forecasting tools and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product availability and CSL by fulfilling orders in quantity and time.
• Manage and optimize BU3 North America inventory (~$40M) balancing service and working capital.
• Lead and develop Materials and Production Planners for accountability and improvement.
• Coordinate supply of components from internal and external suppliers for uninterrupted availability.
• Develop production and assembly plans to maximize fill rates while maintaining inventories.
• Support S&OP with planning data, inventory analysis, and capacity assessments.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance, backlogs, and escalation to mitigate risks.
• Ensure SAP MM/PP usage and related planning platforms compliance.
