Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead a team of planners responsible for SKU-level forecasts, constraint management and inventory performance. The role emphasizes strategic execution of enterprise planning, with a clear focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

The position will operate in a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence in the Puerto Rico/San Juan area and collaboration with global fulfillment teams to meet customer commitments

• Advanced analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of supply planners responsible for SKU-level forecasts, constraints, inventory results, and continuous planning improvement.
• Translate enterprise strategy into effective organizational execution and manage staff performance.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment on order scheduling and customer commitments while maintaining forecast accountability.
• Develop talent and succession plans; manage hiring, development and workload allocation.
