Ferrara is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to manage the mid-term production and supply planning for a manufacturing location in Chicago. The role works cross-functionally to balance service levels, working capital, sourcing strategy and obsolescence targets through weeks 5-78.

You will partner with plant schedulers and other teams to ensure optimal service while managing capacity and risk, with occasional international travel.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in quantitative majors preferred (i.e., Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, Economics, Business, Logistics).
• 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations Management, or related position.
• High familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint), SAP (S4, IBP), and Power BI.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain a supply plan for weeks 5-78 balancing service, capital and obsolescence targets.
• Engage in Integrated Business Planning and highlight risks in short- to mid-term horizons.
• Provide regular status updates to management on adherence to plan and risks.
• Partner with schedulers and plants to guide scheduling horizon.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and collaborators.
• Investigate planning failures and prescribe corrective actions.
• Lead Root Cause Corrective Action across functions.
• Travel may be required, potentially internationally.
