Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Sr Supply Planner to optimize the Process Technology supply chain, drive inventory efficiency, and meet customer demand.

You will leverage Kinaxis Maestro and SAP IBP, collaborate across functions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a hybrid role located in Rosemont, IL (with Houston and Charlotte as possible sites). Responsibilities include leading center of excellence activities, supporting tooling migrations, and mentoring junior

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or related areas.
• 3+ years proficiency with Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP, BlueYonder, O9 Solutions, Anaplan, or OMP.
• 3+ years experience managing supply plans, inventory levels, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory optimization in complex industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• 1st shift Monday - Friday.
• Center of Excellence role supporting Process Technology planning.
• Support transformation of processes, technology & personnel to new planning environments.
• Assist supply planners globally with Kinaxis and SAP IBP troubleshooting.
• Assist with APO tool improvements until Kinaxis implementation.
• Partner with business planning to drive standard processes per Global Design Model.
• Support and drive continuous improvement culture within planning teams.
• Support development and mentoring of planning staff.
• Relocation support may be provided.
