Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois seeks an experienced Supply Planning lead to optimize supply and inventory planning for complex industrial environments. You will align demand with cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments.

You will use Kinaxis Maestro, SAP IBP, and other planning tools to drive continuous improvement, coach teams, and ensure adherence to enterprise planning standards. You will report to the Director Planning COE.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Supply Planning or related areas.
Experience managing supply plans and inventory to meet demand.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience with SAP ERP systems and Kinaxis Maestro tools.
Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

Support the transformation of processes and technology for new planning environments.
Assist global supply planners with Kinaxis and SAP IBP troubleshooting.
Partner with planning team to drive standard processes and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to Honeywell Global Design Model for planning.
Fully utilize the Kinaxis Maestro planning tool within the business.
Develop supply/inventory planning teams through training and mentoring.
