Job summary

MegaFood is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to lead supply and inventory planning for finished goods and raw materials. You will ensure product availability across retail, DTC, and e-commerce, while balancing inventory and cost. Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and demand planning to maintain service levels and drive S&OP alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain, Business, or related field - Required
• Advanced Degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain, Business, or related field - Preferred
• 4-6 years of related experience in FMCG/CPG/VMS supply chain planning, or related experience - Required

Responsibilities

• Own and execute short- and long-term supply and inventory planning processes across the network, ensuring alignment with demand, financial targets, and service objectives.
• Develop and maintain the supply plan and strategy that supports all retail partners, DTC, and e-commerce channels, ensuring product availability across all sites and distribution points.
• Collaborate with Production Planners on production changes to ensure proper material availability and requirements are met.
• Participate in NPD/NPI calls by supporting new product introductions, product discontinuances, and other special projects.
• Drive supply planning readiness for New Product Development and Innovation initiatives, ensuring new item setup, supply requirements, and stage gate milestones are completed on time to support successful launches.
