Oracle in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Supply/Demand Planner to drive end-to-end planning for assigned products, partnering with Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers to build resilient plans, optimize inventory, and resolve imbalances that impact revenue and margins.

This highly visible role requires a self-directed, cross-functional leader who communicates forward-looking supply capability to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in supply/demand planning.
• English language proficiency (read, write, and speak).
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans with Sourcing Management and Demand Management to meet commitments.
• Create inventory strategies (targets, buffers, risk mitigation) balancing service levels, cost, and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply–demand gaps and lead cross-functional teams to corrective actions.
• Assess forward-looking revenue capability and supply risk for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate supply allocations with internal teams and suppliers to optimize outcomes.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance and business units.
• Improve planning processes.
