Job summary

Oracle in Austin, TX seeks a Principal-level Supply/Demand Planner to drive end-to-end planning across Sourcing, Demand Management, Finance, and suppliers. Build resilient supply plans, optimize inventory, and rapidly resolve imbalances to protect revenue and margin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Supply/Demand Planning or related leadership roles.
• Experience communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Expert-level Excel skills (advanced modeling, pivots, forecasting).

Responsibilities

• Develop and own supply plans with Sourcing Management, Demand Management, and suppliers.
• Create inventory strategies balancing service levels, cost and working capital.
• Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Provide insights and scenarios to senior leadership for decision-making.
• Coordinate supply allocations with internal teams and suppliers.
• Present results and recommendations to stakeholders across Supply Chain and Finance.
