Ulteig is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management to shape enterprise strategy, governance, and services. Build standards, processes, and tools for today while creating a scalable, future-ready supply chain for long-term growth.

You will influence across the organization, partner with stakeholders, and translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions. Role may be in-office, remote, or hybrid with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, quality, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Advanced understanding of SCM principles, practices, functions, and disciplines.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems, workflow design, data governance, and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Set direction and drive the maturity of the supply chain function.
• Define and implement capabilities such as ERP enablement, pricing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Establish KPIs and develop dashboards and analytics for visibility and decision making.
• Lead supplier and subconsultant management programs to strengthen performance.
• Build and coach a high-performing team aligned to evolving priorities.
• Develop policies and operating practices to improve efficiency with risk controls.
