You will influence across the organization, partner with stakeholders, and balance near-term performance with long-term program development, risk management, and measurable business value.

This role may be in-office, fully remote, or hybrid, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in ERP and data analytics.
• Experience in AEC/engineering or project services.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and maturity of supply chain function.
• Define governance, KPIs, dashboards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with operations and suppliers.
