Job summary

Entegris is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Supply Chain to manage and resolve escalations across the end-to-end supply chain for the APS division. You will partner with global planning, manufacturing, and operations teams to address shortages, cross‑plant constraints, and delivery risks while communicating risks and tradeoffs to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Industrial Distribution.
• Proficient use of Excel/Access; able to analyze data and turn into action.
• Ability to apply statistical methods for inventory and planning.
• Effective people skills; ability to influence and drive change.
• Hands-on SAP MRP/ERP experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across peers and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for complex models.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent decision-making ability; APICS certification a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve shortages and cross-plant issues in end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop contingency action plans to address disruptions and communicate scenarios to leadership.
• Represent Global Supply Planning during operations planning and leadership forums.
• Manage and monitor supply chain operations for timely delivery of products.
• Analyze data to identify improvements; enhance ERP settings and Power BI usage.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors for smooth operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Work on a global team to share best practices and enable development.
• Create detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics.
• Collaborate with departments to align activities with business goals.
