Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC, an employee-owned distributor of natural and organic, specialty, and fresh products, seeks a Supply Chain Solutions Manager in Naperville, IL. You will lead a team of SCM professionals, drive KPI performance, and liaise between key account teams and KeHE order management systems to improve forecasts and event-based movements.

Responsibilities include developing solutions that integrate customer and KeHE processes, identifying bottlenecks, and communicating tactical plans

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years leading and developing teams with at least 5 years in supply chain roles.
• Strong analytic skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales support is preferred.
• Experience forecasting/planning in high-SKU, slow-movement environments.
• Proficiency with Excel, Cognos, Power BI and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• Set aggressive goals and drive accountability for KPI achievement.
• Identify bottlenecks impacting customer experience and supply chain.
• Develop solutions integrating customer and KeHE supply chain processes.
• Act as primary liaison between account team and supply chain.
• Analyze customer internal systems to improve mutual performance.
• Communicate tactical KPI plans to leadership.
• Collaborate with demand and planning managers to meet objectives.
• Use data to identify sales trends and drive proactive actions.
• Participate in regular reviews with account teams and customers.
