You will collaborate with Procurement, Load Planning, and Warehouse Operations to optimize freight, routing guides, and lane profitability, while delivering reliable on-time performance.

This role requires strong analytics, executive presence, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience in food distribution or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team with accountability and analytical rigor.
• Analyze freight patterns, lane performance, and costs to identify savings opportunities.
• Develop and execute transportation strategies to optimize inbound freight and profitability.
