ebm-papst, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager in Telford, TN to drive localization projects and product transitions with a strong focus on material availability and risk management.

You will lead cross-functional teams across purchasing, planning, manufacturing, logistics, engineering, and sales to ensure timely execution of recovery actions. The role emphasizes end-of-life planning, ramp-up/down support, and effective communication of recovery plans to plant material managers, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or project delivery.
• 3-5+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or APICS certification preferred.
• Experience in a high-growth, complex manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Localization Ramp-Up & Ramp-Down: Support ramp-up and ramp-down projects.
• Develop and coordinate material plans for planned sourcing, production, and product changes.
• Monitor material availability, inventory exposure, transition timing, and open commitments.
• Align Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Sales, and plant stakeholders on milestones and material needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams during end-of-life projects to minimize obsolete material.
• Establish material run-out plans using demand, inventory, POs, supplier commitments, and production requirements.
• Coordinate actions to consume, cancel, return, transfer, or mitigate excess and obsolete inventory.
• Track project actions, material exposure, and financial impact through completion.
