Job summary

ebm-papst, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to oversee localization, product transitions, and end-of-life projects ensuring material availability and minimal obsolescence.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and Sales to meet milestones. The role requires 5–8+ years in supply chain or manufacturing, with strong project management, ERP experience (SAP preferred), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 5–8+ years in supply chain/ops.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or APICS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support localization ramp-up and ramp-down projects with material plans.
• Monitor material availability and transition timing across projects.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Sales, and plant teams.
• Lead end-of-life projects to minimize obsolete material and manage run-out plans.
• Escalate risks to the global supply chain and maintain ownership of mitigation actions.
