Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in San Diego, CA seeks a Manager Supply Chain Programs to lead the Global Supply Chain for a major program. You will oversee budgets, schedules and supplier performance, coordinating across engineering and operations to ensure timely hardware delivery.

The role requires strong program-management experience, EVMS and US government contracting knowledge, with travel up to 25% and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with significant program/supply chain experience.
• Experience with EVMS, financial reporting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of government contracting requirements (FAR/DFARS/ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of supply chain professionals for the PMO and coordinates cross-functionally.
• Oversees material budget and schedule performance to meet commitments.
• Manages risk, supplier performance and procurement strategies.
• Drives cost reduction and efficiency initiatives across the GSC.
• Interfaces with engineering, operations and quality to ensure on-time hardware delivery.
