Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist in Supply Chain Management in West Palm Beach to own material budgets and schedules for programs. You will work directly with Program Management, lead IPTs, and serve as the primary SCM contact for the program, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with extensive SCM experience (and a potential Graduate Degree). Security clearance (DOD) is required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant supply chain experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related supply chain experience.
• In lieu of a degree, there is a minimum of 10 years of prior related supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly material projections and quarterly estimate at completes (EAC).
• Identify risks and opportunities around material sales/receipts and manage CAM responsibilities.
• Lead Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) and cross-functional collaboration to meet schedule and budget for material requirements.
• Support proposals by developing a priced Bill-of-Material that satisfies FAR requirements and estimates.
• Maintain knowledge of Earned Value management and ensure material data supports program performance.
