Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree.
• 5-7 years of supply chain experience with MRP (SAP) in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and forecasting tools to drive insights.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Preferred: APICS CSCP and/or CPIM.
• Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve demand planning processes from sales forecasts.
• Analyze historical demand, forecast accuracy, and market trends.
• Lead SIOP processes and present scenarios with trade-offs.
• Oversee material planning, inventory optimization, and P2P alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Logistics, and Finance.
