Northrop Grumman is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist – Level 3 to be onsite in Magna, Utah. You will manage material availability, use MRP to align demand and supply, and collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and program teams to meet schedules.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s with 5+ years’ experience or a Master’s with 3+ years; ability to obtain a Government Secret clearance; and strong ERP/MRP/data analytics skills. Excellent communication is essential.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.
• Strong experience with MRP/ERP and data analytics.

Mansioni

• Ensure materials are available for production and delivered on time.
• Review on-hand vs. required material; set inventory levels and plan shipments.
• Use MRP to compare demand and supply, identify shortages, and adjust plans.
• Support product changes across lifecycle including launches and ramp-ups.
• Collaborate with Sourcing/Procurement to target inventory and cut costs.
• Assess supplier capacity and lead times; manage time-critical purchases.
• Partner with Program Mgmt, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Procurement.
• Coordinate with sourcing, operations and finance on inventory targets.
• Define and execute material procurement strategies based on program needs.
• Evaluate BOM requirements to build inventories and adjust orders.
