Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Supply Chain Planning Manager (RAPTOR) to own end-to-end planning for Raptor sub-assemblies and finished goods, coordinating with engineering, production, and procurement to scale Starship production while balancing cost, rate and reliability.

The role requires strong project management, risk mitigation, and data-driven decision making in a high‑speed, multi‑tier BOM environment with ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in one or more relevant fields, or bachelor’s degree and 5+ years, or 9+ years of experience in one or more relevant fields.
• Experience in high-volume industries desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning lifecycle for Raptor sub-assemblies or finished goods.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement to set up scalable supply chain plans.
• Balance cost, reliability, and production rate using risk-based decisions.
• Manage supply schedules to optimize inventory and maintain build rate.
• Communicate forecasts to stakeholders and hedge against business direction changes.
• Mitigate risks across multi-tier global supply chains with cross-functional teams.
• Incorporate design/process changes into production without sacrificing rate.
• Support insourcing where applicable to ensure constant supply.
• Maintain master data for lead-times, allocations, yields, and order policy.
• Develop dashboards to measure KPIs and support scaling for Starship production.
