Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Optimization to lead continuous improvement initiatives, protect margins, and scale the supply chain.

You will partner with Finance, drive the CI pipeline from concept to pilot, and develop strategic concepts for enterprise priorities including B2B and international expansion, while translating analyses into executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, strategy, CI, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI efforts to deliver sustainable cost offsets while protecting service levels.
• Own the CI pipeline from concept to pilot, implementation, and realized savings.
• Partner with Finance to validate savings and reflect benefits in P&L.
• Develop strategic supply chain concepts to support enterprise priorities.
• Create executive-ready narratives and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international expansion and B2B initiatives.
