Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and two years of experience.
• Experience working in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation fields; leading crossfunctional supply-chain/logistics programs; design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain initiatives; data mining and data analysis; advanced Excel; and analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Access.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate supply chain analysis to identify and recommend improvement opportunities for both new and existing processes.
• Scale processes to standard methodologies across businesses, and lead alignment across organizations.
• Identify and drive operational improvements by proposing network-wide solutions that improve the health of the supply chain.
• Work with external suppliers, navigate, resolve, and mitigate risks where possible.
• Influence, drive, and innovate, and come up with solutions to build and solve problems in supply chains.
