Job summary

Amazon in Austin is seeking a Supply Chain Manager, Delivery Station Regional Mgmt, to partner with cross-functional teams and drive network capacity initiatives that improve the flow of goods across the supply chain.

You will analyze data, define metrics, and lead programs to optimize inventory, logistics, and distribution networks, delivering measurable efficiency and customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements using data.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic network capacity initiatives across Amazon business units.
• Optimize flow of goods, information, and services in the supply chain.
• Balance supply and demand; improve distribution networks and logistics.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for customer experience and efficiency.
• Define metrics and program management mechanisms to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on capacity goals.
• Manage cross-functional capacity initiatives with Lean at scale.
• Own a portfolio of cross-functional programs on capacity and delivery.
• Identify and deliver operational improvements in inventory, logistics, and transport.
• Monitor key capacity metrics to ensure smooth flow of goods.
