Job summary

Abbott in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Supply Chain Operational Excellence Leader to drive the MOS program for the Electrophysiology (EP) business. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvements across the supply chain, coaching teams to sustain gains and developing best-practice playbooks.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain/operations, Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred, and 20% travel. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and execute continuous improvement projects in Supply Chain.
• Define strategies for the MOS Operational Excellence program within Supply Chain.
• Coach and sustain improvements across EP MOS and related functions.
• Develop best practice playbooks and guidance for EP OPEX.
• Support EP OPEX initiatives and lead high-impact process improvements.
