Job summary

Amazon’s North America Supply Chain team seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to ideate, implement, and create innovative supply chain products that streamline package flow across the network.

The role focuses on designing, evaluating, and implementing the US storage and distribution network, owning incubation and execution of new concepts to improve cost efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Build mechanisms and define metrics to continuously evaluate and improve inbound and outbound connectivity of the storage and distribution network.
• Partner with Product Manager, Research Scientist, Operations, and Finance to evaluate different connectivity strategies.
• Identify process gaps through deep dive of metrics and make operational improvements.
