Job summary

Rosenbauer America seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing and warehouse activities, drive on-time delivery, and optimize material flows. You will manage POs, inventory, and KPI benchmarks, while coordinating with planning and supplier networks to support production schedules.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of progressive materials/supply chain experience required.
5+ years of supply chain leadership experience preferred.
Experience in a low volume/high mix manufacturing environment required.
CPIM or CSCM certifications from APICS preferred.
Extensive fire truck product knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a purchasing and warehouse team to ensure timely, cost-effective materials management.
Create and manage purchase orders (MRP) and ensure uninterrupted flow of materials.
Oversee inventory control systems and coordinate with demand planning.
Drive continuous improvement via KPI benchmarking and standardized processes.
Develop and maintain material ordering procedures for efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with planning and materials teams to meet goals and KPIs.
