Job summary

Air Liquide is hiring a Supply Chain Manager in Fairfield, NJ to oversee procurement and supplier relationships for Seppic Inc. Richmond operations, aligning manufacturing schedules with forecasts and stock targets.

The role leads the Procurement and Supply Chain team, negotiates terms, manages MRP and ERP parameters, and ensures GMP compliance while coordinating with Air Liquide’s corporate purchasing network and S&OP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business admin or related field.
• 5+ years supply chain experience.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics and ERP principles.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain and procurement.
• Experience managing diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and within teams.
• Good distribution practices (EFFCi and FDA)

Responsibilities

• Negotiate price and incoterm with raw materials and packaging with local suppliers.
• Manage the MRP process to ensure optimal manufacturing schedule.
• Procurement of non-stored goods with corporate purchasing team.
• Organize procurement activities including raw materials and packaging.
• Manage Seppic Inc., Richmond stock and shipments worldwide.
• Organize shipping of customer orders (Worldwide).
• Manage procurement needs for the Polykon plant.
• Lead the Procurement and Supply Chain team.
• Ensure ERP parameters are properly set and maintained.
• Support S&OP processes with corporate team.
