Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Field Sourcing Specialist in Long Beach, CA. The role drives end-to-end procurement, bidder relations, and contract execution to deliver cost savings, safety, and compliance across the regional operating zone.

You will manage sourcing activities, negotiate terms, and support TAR planning while collaborating with internal customers and field teams to optimize supplier performance and maximize value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management.
• Education: college degree with purchasing/operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract negotiation.
• Experience with safety, compliance and vendor risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and contract execution across regions.
• Manage bidder relationships, RFQs, and price negotiation.
• Oversee risk management and vendor performance.
• Support TAR planning and asset sales when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with operations.
