Job summary

Amazon Air seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to own customer experience and network resiliency for the Amazon Air fleet. You will work with Tech Ops, Fleet Planning, Network Planning and the Network Control Center to ensure the fleet delivers for customers.

The role blends strategic network design with tactical disruption management, mapping dependencies across the supply chain and driving end-to-end improvements that reduce systemic defects before they impact customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon Air network and fleet to identify and mitigate risks to the reliable on-time delivery of customers orders
• Influence and drive network, aircraft maintenance and spares strategy to improve customer experience as the Amazon Air network continues to become faster and more efficient.
• Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical partner teams to drive correct prioritization of resources
• Enhance the collection and processing of aircraft performance data to improve the speed and detail at which we gain insights.
