Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience with end-to-end program ownership.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, vlookup, etc.) and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to communicate results to senior leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience integrating analytics into operating improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects to achieve R2L goals and optimize fulfillment.
• Plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects across teams.
• Gather and analyze data to establish standards for operations and cross-functional partners.
• Identify root causes of operational barriers and drive opportunities forward.
• Develop best practices for internal operations and leverage analytics for future state.
