Re:Build in the United States is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations across Purchasing, Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory Management. You will drive procurement excellence, optimize supplier relationships, and implement ERP-driven processes to support growth.

The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with 10+ years in supply chain, strong knowledge of procurement regulations, and proficiency with SyteLine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.
• ERP experience with SyteLine strongly preferred; ecommerce experience is a plus.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement experience (TPS-based) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations: Purchasing, Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory Management.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage Purchasing personnel.
• Oversee supplier selection, KPIs, audits, and supplier performance.
• Ensure customs compliance and international trade activities; manage import/export docs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and drive Lean initiatives to improve flow and cost.
