Job summary

Walsh Employment Limited in Highland Park, IL is seeking a senior supply chain leader to drive end-to-end supply chain strategy across procurement, production, inventory, forecasting and distribution.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will develop teams, optimize processes, negotiate with suppliers, and lead NetSuite-related improvements while collaborating with Finance, Sales and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain management experience.
• Proven people management experience with direct reports.
• Strong experience across procurement, inventory, forecasting, replenishment and logistics.
• Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables and macros.
• Strong background in process optimisation, continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Experience of supplier negotiation and vendor management.
• Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end supply chain strategy and processes.
