Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, commodity management or program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Experience developing and implementing KPI goals and strategies based on broader organization goals
  • Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
  • Experience with capacity planning and demand forecasting in a high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive process standardization across PAC warehousing and transportation, ensuring handoffs, inbound compliance, and outbound execution meet AWS standards across all LSPs
  • Own the full damage and claims lifecycle — chain-of-custody through root-cause analysis to financial resolution
  • Develop capacity planning models aligning NALA warehouse storage, transportation lanes, and supplier onboarding with PAC's growth
  • Enforce consistent performance standards across multiple LSPs through standardized processes, unified reporting, and shared accountability
  • Define, enforce, and audit end-to-end transportation and warehousing KPIs in the PAC space

  • Establish LSP onboarding with the PAC implementation team — embedding ASN, labeling, and compliance requirements pre-shipment
  • Serve as the single ACL point of contact for PAC site teams, construction partners, and Global Supply Managers — resolving escalations, disputes, and scheduling conflicts in real time
  • Own reporting cadences and lead business reviews on supply health, exception trends, and corrective actions for ACL leadership and PAC stakeholders
  • Write documents cross-functionally and present at document reviews
  • Mentor and coach team members; serve as an escalation point across the team
  • Drive team culture, ACL hiring (MGHD), organizational planning, and the COE review process
