Qualifications

• 10+ years of supply chain experience, or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and project delivery
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Network Optimization Strategy: Define and execute the long-term logistics network optimization strategy including facility placement, capacity planning, inventory positioning, and transportation routing
• Program Management: Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams, workstreams, and delivery milestones; manage dependencies, risks, and escalation paths at scale
• Technology Partnership: Partner closely with engineering and technology teams to define requirements, influence roadmaps, and drive adoption of optimization tools, automation, and data-driven decision systems
• Operations Integration: Collaborate with operations leaders to ensure network design decisions translate into executable, sustainable operational models
• Stakeholder Influence: Communicate strategy, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership (VP+); write crisp documents (6-pagers, OP narratives, WBRs) that drive alignment and decisions
• Org Leadership: Mentor and develop team members; set the bar for operational excellence and delivery within the organization
