Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL) to own end-to-end process improvement, capacity planning, and PAC supply chain management. You will drive standardization across warehousing and transportation with multiple LSPs and act as the Amazon-side owner for PAC site teams and partners.

This role requires leading teams in high-growth environments, building scalable processes, and collaborating with technology teams to design scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in logistics operations and supply chain disciplines
• Experience in KPI goals and performance measurement
• Experience building and analyzing financial/operational data sets and reports
• Experience with capacity planning and demand forecasting in high-growth environments

Responsibilities

• Drive process standardization across PAC warehousing and transportation across all LSPs.
• Own the damage and claims lifecycle from root-cause to financial resolution.
• Develop capacity planning models aligning warehouse storage, lanes, and onboarding with growth.
• Enforce KPIs and standardized reporting across multiple LSPs.
• Partner with technology and data teams on scalable system design and reporting.
• Mentor team members and lead cross-functional collaboration in real time.
