Job summary

Kerry Search Partners is conducting a confidential search for a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Planning for a FTSE 500 global science & technology organization serving life sciences, diagnostics, and pharma.

The role oversees end-to-end supply planning across three sites in New Jersey and New England, leads a team of 3 direct reports (about 20 indirect), and drives a live planning system implementation away from Excel toward integrated planning.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or Bachelor's with extensive supply chain experience.
• 5+ years leading teams in supply chain.
• Experience implementing APS tools (Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP).
• Multisite leadership with executive presence in fast-paced environments.
• Chemicals/pharma manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

Kerry Search Partners has been retained on a confidential basis to find a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Planning for a FTSE 500 global science & technology organization serving the life sciences, diagnostics, and pharma industries.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role overseeing multisite supply planning across three manufacturing sites in NJ and New England — and it's been identified internally as a key talent-development opportunity with a credible path to Director-level scope for the right person.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end supply planning across three sites
• A multisite team (3 direct reports, ~20 indirect), including long-tenured staff, through real change
• A live advanced planning system implementation — moving the team off Excel
• Capacity risk reporting to senior leadership
• Close partnership with Quality, Procurement, Logistics & Finance
• SIOP leadership/participation

What you bring:

• Advanced degree + 6 yrs, or Bachelor's + 8 yrs in supply chain, incl. 5+ yrs leading teams
• Experience implementing/operating an APS tool (Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP, or similar)
• A track record of leading teams through manual → mature-system transitions
• Multisite leadership + strong executive presence
• Chemicals, cosmetics, or pharma manufacturing background preferred
• Comfort with a fast-paced, high-intensity manufacturing environment
