Job summary

Kerry Search Partners is conducting a confidential search for a Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Planning for a FTSE 500 global science & technology organization serving life sciences, diagnostics, and pharma.

The role oversees end-to-end supply planning across three sites in New Jersey and New England, leads a team of 3 direct reports (about 20 indirect), and drives a live planning system implementation away from Excel toward integrated planning.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or Bachelor's with extensive supply chain experience.
• 5+ years leading teams in supply chain.
• Experience implementing APS tools (Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP).
• Multisite leadership with executive presence in fast-paced environments.
• Chemicals/pharma manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply planning across three sites.
• Lead multisite team (3 direct reports, ~20 indirect).
• Manage live APS tool implementation, moving off Excel.
• Provide capacity risk reporting to senior leadership.
• Partner with Quality, Procurement, Logistics & Finance; SIOP leadership.
