Senior Supply Chain Manager

Van Eerden Foodservice is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to help lead and scale our supply chain replenishment function across a growing multi-facility distribution network. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can bring structure, discipline, and strategic thinking to forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, supplier performance, inbound freight, and supply chain analytics.

As Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will lead through people, process, data, and systems to improve product availability, service levels, inventory performance, and supplier execution. You will partner closely with Purchasing, Operations, Transportation, Finance, Category Management, Sales, IT, and supplier partners to strengthen product flow and build a scalable operating model for continued growth.

What You’ll Own

• Lead the supply chain replenishment strategy andacross multiple facilities.
• Oversee forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, supplier performance, inbound freight, and supply chain reporting.
• Build scalable processes, scorecards, and decision tools that improve service, inventory health, and execution.
• Develop purchasing and replenishment leaders while creating clear ownership, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve product availability, cost, supplier reliability, and overall supply chain performance.

What We’re Looking For

• A strategic, analytical, and operationally strong supply chain leader.
• Experience leading supply chain, purchasing, replenishment, planning, inventory, logistics, distribution, or related teams.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, supplier performance, inbound freight, and multi-facility product flow.
• Ability to lead through data, KPIs, systems, process discipline, and cross-functional influence.
• Proven ability to develop people, improve accountability, lead change, and turn complex challenges into clear priorities and measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, demand planning, replenishment, inventory management, logistics, distribution, or a related field.
• Experience leading managers, buyers, planners, analysts, or other supply chain professionals.
• Experience improving supply chain processes, reporting, systems usage, or technology adoption.
• Experience with ERP, forecasting, replenishment, reporting, or analytics platforms; Blue Ridge experience is a plus.
• Background in foodservice distribution, wholesale distribution, grocery, manufacturing, or another high-volume inventory environment preferred.
